Job Description
Identify, evaluate, and secure new locations for our expanding restaurant brands in line with market trends and business strategy.
Conduct thorough market research, site analysis, and feasibility studies to identify high-potential areas.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to negotiate favorable lease agreements.
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and site acquisition processes to ensure the best outcomes for the company.
Collaborate with the Operations and Development teams to assess site suitability and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Monitor and manage real estate project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, or portfolio management.
Strong understanding of retail or F&B site selection criteria and market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge of local property markets and regulations.
